GENERAL DELIVERY

We aim to send out any items that are considered 'non-personalised or bespoke' from our UK based studio within 1-3 working days

We do hold a limited amount of stock on some items.

Each item is carefully packaged in order to ship all our products.

Delivery charges are calculated by the size and weight of the items in your order and confirmed at the checkout.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the details to track your parcel. Following dispatch of the goods it is the responsibility of the customer to track deliveries.

Zoe Bradley Shop will not be responsible for missed deliveries or re-deliveries. Re-deliveries must be arranged by the customer at their own expense, through the delivery service.

All delivery times are estimates only and Zoe Bradley Shop will not be liable for any delays caused in transit.  

 DELIVERY COST ON PRODUCTS SHIPPED OUTSIDE UK.

All framed artworks are made to order. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Shipments are created via the weight of the parcel. Please note this cost includes specially designed packaging to protect your art piece.

All deliveries will require a signature at the delivery destination. Please ensure there is someone present at the delivery drop off on the day of delivery.
