GENERAL DELIVERY

Please be aware we operate a made to order service and lead times may vary depending on what you have in your basket.

We do hold a limited amount of stock on some items.

Each item is carefully packaged in order to ship all our products.

Delivery charges are calculated by the size and weight of the items in your order and confirmed at the checkout. When ordering more than one item the delivery prices apply to each piece. The delivery charge is per piece ordered as each one has to be boxed / crated for safe shipping within the UK and overseas.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the details to track your parcel. Following dispatch of the goods it is the responsibility of the customer to track deliveries.

Zoe Bradley Shop will not be responsible for missed deliveries or re-deliveries. Re-deliveries must be arranged by the customer at their own expense, through the delivery service.

All delivery times are estimates only and Zoe Bradley Shop will not be liable for any delays caused in transit.  

 DELIVERY COST ON HEAVY WEIGHT PRODUCTS OUTSIDE UK.

We are currently unable to apply a flat delivery rate on our heavier weight products for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Therefore, if you wish to purchase a perspex boxed framed artwork outside the UK please email studio@zoebradley.com for a bespoke quote on delivery cost.

All framed artworks are made to order. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Due to the nature of the acrylic frame, shipments are created via the weight of the parcel. Please note this cost includes specially designed foam lined packaging to protect your art piece.

All deliveries will require a signature at the delivery destination. Please ensure there is someone present at the delivery drop off on the day of delivery.
