Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Zoe Bradley art piece, we are happy to refund the value at the time of purchase onto the purchasers credit card. Excluding all shipping cost and sales taxes.

You have 28 days in which to return an item. ZBD will arrange a suitable time to pick up the artpiece to be returned. It must be securely packaged as originally sent and arrive in the same condition as it left our UK studio. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All artpieces are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at studio@zoebradley.com with images of the damage as soon as possible.
